This policy covers the SNFRadar report library at reports.3ghcre.com, operated by 3G Healthcare Real Estate ("3G", "we", "us").
What we collect
- What you give us: name, company, email address, mobile phone number, and the state(s) you own or operate in, provided when you sign up for report access.
- How you use the library: which reports you view and which links you click, along with technical basics (IP address, browser type, timestamps).
How we use it
- To verify your identity (a one-time code texted to your mobile number) and deliver the reports you request.
- To understand which market intelligence matters to our readers.
- With your separate, optional consent: to send you email updates and/or text messages about skilled nursing market developments. Consent is never a condition of receiving reports.
Text messaging
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data is used only by 3G Healthcare Real Estate to send the messages you agreed to receive. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your contact details with third parties for their marketing.
- We use service providers only to operate this site (hosting, database, and phone-verification infrastructure), bound to process data solely on our behalf.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to document consent as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or withdraw marketing consent at any time: christian@3ghcre.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect your report access.
